METHODOLOGY OF THE EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Hereby we provide a real service of executive search using modern tools, networks and active targeted searches based on our customer requirements. Whenever necessary, we provide additional tests and assessments to foresee as much as possible the predictive success of the applicant and secure the process on both sides. Therefore, we are not especially focusing on what people have done but on what they could perform in the context of the hiring organization. We assess first the organization to well understand its context. We meet at least one or two times all applicants in person whenever possible or by videoconference before submitting their application.
ACCURACY AND REFERENCES CHECK
We guarantee the accuracy of the information provided to both sides according to the extent of our own knowledge. We believe that transparency form our side is key to build trust and enable in-depth understanding of the true motivations. Also, we systematically check and verify the information provided by the candidates using references and crosschecking available data.
CUSTOMER COMMITMENT AND GUARANTEE
We ensure confidentiality whenever required. Our promise of success relies also on the guaranty of replacement free of charge with a new suitable applicant whenever a hired employee through HR Code is non-satisfactory within the probation period under a maximum of 3 months. We reiterate that we strictly forbid ourselves to search in our customer enterprise or organization.
